Diagnosis and Pathological Analysis of Coccidiosis in Chickens

Abstract: Pathological anatomy diagnosis was taken for the chickens natural infection coccidia cases, chickens blind mucosal scraping material was smeared and found a large number of coccidia oocysts by microscopic observation. Dead chickens cecal tissue was collected, fixed with 10% neutral formalin, embedded paraffin, HE staining, histological analysis. The results showed that the parasitic worms was main in the intestinal villus epithelial cells, a large number of intestinal villi were destructed, fractured and fell off, and cellulose- necrotic enteritis lesions was serious.
