Abstract: Five groups of SPF chicks were equally divided into A, B, C, D and E. Group A was given adjuvanted La Sota live vaccine. B was given La Sota live vaccine without adjuvant; C and D were given La Sota inactived vaccine with Aluminium Hydroxide Gel Adsorbed and emulsion respectively. Group E was unvaccinated as control. Then five groups were subjected to hemagglutination inhibition (HI) test for assessment of antibody level against NDV. It was showed that group A was detected a comparatively higher level of antibody for a longer period. However, the sero-conversion of group B was comparatively poor. The peak of antibody against NDV La Sota strain in group D was highest and maintained more time than the others groups.
