诱导多功能干细胞在畜牧业生产中应用的研究进展

Abstract

Abstract: Research of induced pluripotent stem cells is very hot in the field of biotechnology. If induced pluripotent stem cells of livestocks are successfully induced and combined with transgenic technology and cell nuclear transfer technology, there will be huge scientific and practical values in the area of transgenic breeding and transgenic bioreactor of livestock’s genetic breeding. Here discussed the research situation, biological characteristics and prospects of iPS cells and studied the key issues which needed to be solved.
