Abstract: Related sequence polymorphism (SRAP) in recent years developed a new type of molecular marker technology, with a stable, simple, middle-yield, high-codominant advantages. In this study the use of the Arctic fox’s genome as a template for the first time the SRAP approach to the introduction of mammals in the analysis of the Arctic fox SRAP reaction conditions are optimized, the product of non-denatured polyacrylamide gel separation, results were clear, stable and high-band polymorphism, with the results of NTSYS-pcversion 2.1 software on the Arctic fox population of the genetic diversity of a preliminary analysis.
