Abstract: The lung of somatic nuclear transfer cattle was observed by optical microscopy and HE staining techniques in this paper. The basic structure of the lungs of the somatic nuclear transfer cattle was similar with the basic structure of the lung of the natural breeding cattle, including the bronchi, the bronchioles, terminal bronchiole, respiratory bronchioles and alveolar duct, the alveolar sacs and alveolar. But the structure of somatic cell cloned cattle lung was faintly, the wrinkle of the bronchiole was disappear, the main structure of its mucosal was the cubic epithelial. The alveolar was in a halffull capacity, and the alveolar space was small, the alveolar septal was thicker than normal cattle with containing collagen and elastic fibers. The cell structure of alveolar was unclear, and alveolar was full of contents because of disease.
