猪流感病毒与繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒、猪瘟病毒、圆环病毒、伪狂犬病病毒、副猪嗜血杆菌混合感染的情况调查

Abstract

Key words: Detection of SIV by RTnested PCR was performed on 126 samples collected from 122 hoggeries of different sizes and farmer in 13 cities of Guangxi. In addition; 15 SIV positive samples also were detected of PRRSV; CSFV; PCV2; PRV; HPS to survey the mixed infection situation of SIV and PRRSV; CSFV; PCV; PRV; HPS in herd of Guangxi. Result showed that SIV infection rate was 11.9%(15/126) in herd; however; 15 SIV positive samples were severe of Co-infection; infection rate was 73.3%(11/15).Virus types of Co-infection at the most reached fourfold infection（SIV+PRRSV+CSFV+PCV-2）which accounted for 6.67%; 01 15 2012 12:00AM; ternary infection (SIV+PRRSV+PCV2; SIV+PRRSV+CSFV) which accounted for 40%; 06 15 2012 12:00AM; duplicate infection （SIV+PRRSV; SIV+PCV-2）which accounted for 26.6%
