Changes and Drug Sensitiveness of Microbial Population in Intestinal Tract of Canine Distemper

Abstract: Canine distemper is a kind of highly fatal disease of caninidae, which prevent the development of canine breeding seriously. This experiment includes blood normal detection、bacterial isolated culture and initial identification, susceptibility test,the materials were gained from canine of yunnan agricultural university animal hospital,which was infected with coninedistemper enterites. the results showed that count of RBC increase will lead to seriousinfection, and count of WBC drop off also exist infection. The Esherichia coli and Salmoella were major pathogenic bacterium,they were sensitive to most medicine drug, such as cefotaxime, cefalotine and so on, so cant be used for treating.
