犬瘟热病毒上海分离株M蛋白编码基因的克隆与序列分析

Abstract

Abstract: According to the reported gene sequence of M protein of canine distemper virus (CDV) in GenBank, a special pair of primers were designed to RTPCR amplify M protein gene by using the total RNA of CDV SH stain as a template. The results showed that the homology of gene sequence between CDV SH strain and A75/17， Onderstepoort stain and other seven strain were above 95%;the homology of coding amino acid between CDV SH strain and the others were above 97%. From this information, it can be predicted that M protein has highly conservative property.
