Abstract: The ruminal degradabilities of crude protein of multinutrient blocks were measured by nylon bags method in 4 adult crossbred oxen fitted with permanent cannula in order to study the feeding value by using multinutrient blocks as feed additive for ruminant animal. Results were as follows: There were no difference in the ruminal degradabilities of crude protein of multinutrient blocks between groups (P>0.05) but the difference in groups were significant except the ruminal degradability of 2 h (P<0.01). The ruminal degradabilities of 0，2，4，8，16，24，48 h were（1.79±0.40）%，（9.73±2.12）%，（16.27±2.57）%，（25.96±2.30）%，（43.12±1.20%），（59.35±0.63）%，（73.21±0.42）%， respectively. And the effective degradability was 34.65%.
