猪繁殖障碍与呼吸道综合征病毒福州株ORF2-7基因结构分析

Abstract

Abstract: 5 cDNA fragments of porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus(PRRSV) FZ strain were amplified by RT-PCR, cloned into pMD-18T vector respectively and sequenced. ORF2-7 nucleotide sequence of genome of PRRSV FZ strain was obtained by spicing sequence of each fragment in order. The results showed that this sequence was 3272 bp in length. Compared with BJ-4、CH-1a and HB-1strain,the homology was 99.1%、98.9%、93.2% and 93.2% respectively.
