噬菌体及其治疗细菌感染的研究进展

Abstract

Abstract: At the time of bacteriophage's discovery,bacteriophage therapy was regarded as a possible treatment method against bacterial infection.However,it was abandoned with the arrival of the antibiotic era.Nearly half a century,the ongoing evolution of bacterial multidrug-resistance had recently motivated the scientists to reevaluate bacteriophage therapy for bacterial infections.This paper summarized bacteriophage,the application of bacteriophage therapy of bacterial infection,bacteriophage preparation,the deficiency of bacteriophage therapy and development trend and prospects of bacteriophage therapy.
