清营口服液质量检测方法的研究

Study on Quality Detection Method of Qingying Oral Liquid

摘要: 为了建立清营口服液的质量检测方法,对制剂处方药味金银花、连翘、黄连、丹参、玄参、麦冬进行了薄层色谱(TLC)鉴别研究,并利用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法对制剂中绿原酸的含量进行了测定确定了HPLC的测定条件。结果表明,TLC鉴别方法专属性强、斑点清晰、阴性对照无干扰;在8~160 μg/mL范围内绿原酸浓度与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率为97.86%,RSD为1.2%。以上结果表明,本研究所建立的检测方法简便、准确、专属性强、重复性好,可对清营口服液的质量进行有效检测。

Abstract: In order to establish the quality detection method of Qingying oral liquid,Flos Lonicerae,Fructus Forsythiae,Rhizoma Coptidis,Radix Salviae Miltiorrhiae,Raidix Scrophulariae and Ophiopogon jɑponicus in the prescription were identified by TLC,and the method of HPLC for the determination of chlorogenic acid was studied.The results showed that the TLC identification was highly specific,the spot was clear,and there was no interference in negative sample.The concentration of chlorogenic acid had a good linear relationship with peak area in the range of 8 to 160 μg/mL.The average recovery rate was 97.86%,and the RSD was 1.2%.In conclusion,the detection method established in this study was simple,accurate,specific and reproducible,which could effectively test the quality of the Qingying oral liquid.
