摘要: 高通量转录组测序技术在绒毛用羊参考转录组信息的研究过程中发挥着越来越重要的作用。作者主要介绍采用二代高通量测序技术(以RNA-Seq为主),挖掘绒毛用羊产毛、产绒等重要功能性状的分子标记,重点分析新发现的山羊新基因及与绒毛用性能相关的候选标记,为调控绒毛生长的分子机制、相关基因表达调控网络及绒毛分子育种等工作的深入研究提供参考。

Abstract: High-throughput sequencing technology plays an increasingly important role in the process of transcriptome information researching with wool sheep and cashmere goat.By using the next-generation high-throughput sequencing (NGS) technology (based on RNA-Seq),the molecular markers of important functional traits of wool-yield and cashmere-producing were explored.Novel genes and candidate markers related with cashmere goat performance were highly focused,which providing the reference for the further study of regulation molecular mechanism of cashmere growth,the network of gene expression regulation and molecular breeding in cashmere and wool.
