摘要: 作者用候选基因法筛选到的不同家畜生长性状的相关基因,主要分为核内编码的线粒体基因和脂肪代谢相关基因两类,并概述其他与生长速度性状有关联的基因研究成果。根据在不同家畜中已经取得的成果对宁夏地区肉牛展开研究,旨在找到提高肉牛生产速度的优势基因型,为发展宁夏地区肉牛养殖规模、提高全国肉牛产量奠定基础。

Abstract: This paper will introduce some genes that associate with livestock growth rate by using the candidate gene method and achievement, these gene can be divided into three category which include nucleus-encoded mitochondrial genes and genes related to fat metabolism, some other genes that have influence on beef quality properties were also mentioned. Rely on the results from different kinds of livestock, aims to find advantage genotype of improve beef growth rate, for the development beef cattle breeding scale of Ningxia region and improve the national beef cattle production.
