摘要: 氧的利用和调节是高等生命生存的基本条件,低氧是许多重大疾病发生发展中的基本病理生理改变,而高原低氧存在于中国约220万平方千米的高原地区,涉及到高原低氧习服和低氧适应的重要进化机制。国内外在对高原民族和高原动物低氧适应相关基因研究中已发现低氧诱导因子-1(HIF-1)、促红细胞生成素(EPO)、血管内皮细胞生长因子(VEGF)、血红蛋白(Hb)及能量代谢相关酶等相关基因,而随着基因芯片和深度测序等高通量检测技术的发展,低氧反应的分子调控网络也得到进一步的明晰。

Abstract: The utilization and regulation of oxygen is the basic conditions or survival with the college life, hypoxia is also the development of the basic pathological and physiological for many major diseases, the altitude hypoxia resides in 2.2 million square kilometers plateau in China, and important evolutionary mechanism altitude acclimatization and hypoxia adaptation related gene with the highland national and animal have been discovered the gene of hypoxia inducible factor-1 (HIF-1), erythropoietin (EPO), vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF), hemoglobin (Hb)and energy metabolism enzymes, the high-throughput detection developing about gene chip and deep sequencing. Molecular regulation of hypoxia response network has been further clarity.
