长毛兔金黄色葡萄球菌的分离鉴定

Isolation and Identification of Astaphylococcus aureus from Rabbit

摘要: 从内蒙古包头市某养殖场患有肺炎的病兔分离到一株革兰氏阳性球菌,通过形态学观察和生化试验进行了初步鉴定,并通过16S rRNA序列扩增和测序进行分析,BLAST分析结果显示,该菌与金黄色葡萄球菌的核酸序列同源性达99.6%,确定该分离菌株为兔金黄色葡萄球菌,并将其命名为BTSH1。

Abstract: A gram-positive cocci was collected from pneumonia illness rabbit in a farm of Baotou. Morphological observation and biochemical tests methods were taken for identification. Furthermore, 16S rRNA PCR amplification and sequence analysis were processed, and BLAST analysis showed the nucleic acids allogenic to Staphylococcus aureus sequences reach 99.6%.The results displayed this separation strain was a Staphylococcus aureus, and it was named BTSH1.
