摘要: 分子生物学技术具有操作简便、特异性强等优点,弥补了传统形态学分类方法的不足,因此分子水平的分类为棘球属绦虫种、株的鉴定提供了一种强有力的手段。文章介绍了线粒体基因(cox1、nad1、cob等)、核糖体基因应用于棘球绦虫分子分类的研究进展。

Abstract: Molecular biology methods make up the insufficiency of the traditional morphological classification with the advantages of convenience and high specificity. So molecular classification provides a powerful tool for the identification of species or strains of Echinococcus.The research progress on molecular classification of Echinococcus was summarized in this paper, which was studied by analysis of mitochondrial genes (such as cox1, nad1, cob, and so on) and ribosomal genes.
