摘要: 鸭肝炎病毒是一种高致死性、高传播性的病毒性传染病病原,临床主要引起急性肝炎,主要侵害3周龄以内的雏鸭,尤以1周龄内的雏鸭为甚,病死率高达100%。20世纪以来,鸭肝炎已成为危害中国养鸭业最为严重的疫病之一,给养鸭业带来了巨大的经济损失。作者对鸭肝炎病毒的发生与分布、病原学、基因组学、诊断与防治等方面进行了综述。

Abstract: Duck viral hepatitis (DVH) is a lethal,fast spreading infectious disease,which is induced by duck hepatitis virus (DHV), mainly within 3 weeks old ducklings infected,especially 1 week old and 100% ended up death.It is one of the most devastating epidemic diseases in duck culture industry since the 20th century.It has get huge loses to duck industry.DHBV is listed as the B class infectious disease in the legal reported diseases list of OIE.The paper introduces the occurrence and distribution,aetiology,genome structure and function and diagnostic technique of the DHV.
