饲料添加剂碱式氯化锌合成新工艺探索及研究

Exploration and Research on New Technology of Synthesizing Feed Additive -ZnCl2·4Zn(OH)2·H2O

摘要: 该试验采用氨氯化铵浸出法浸取次氧化锌,制备饲料添加剂碱式氯化锌(ZnCl2·4Zn(OH)2·H2O)。研究结果表明,在浸出条件为氨与铵根摩尔比为1∶1、总氮与锌摩尔比为10∶1、温度为313 K、时间为60 min时,Zn的浸出率达90%以上。同时,对合成产品进行了主含量、XRD、SEM分析,结果显示产品各项指标均符合GB/T 22546-2008要求。试验还表明该工艺具有方法新颖、流程简单、成本低、安全、高效、环保等特点,从根本上实现了废物资源化的利用,同时还可以生产出质量合格、稳定的新型饲料添加剂碱式氯化锌。

Abstract: This article reported that a sort of ammonia-ammonium chloride solution was used to leach the inferior zinc oxide, to prepare a kind of feed additive-ZnCl2·4Zn(OH)2·H2O (TBZC). The percentage of the leaching was more than 90% under the leaching conditions: the molar ratio of NH3/NH4+ and TN/Zn were 1∶1 and 10∶1, respectively; and 40 ℃ lasted for 60 min. The product was characterized by chemical analysis, X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electronic microscope (SEM). The results showed that the product was pure TBZC according to the requirement of GB/T 22546-2008. The method of the preparation was novel, simple, low-cost, safe, high-efficiency and environment-friendly, realizing the waste material could be reutilized, radically. More important fact was that the method could be used to synthesize a kind of new, qualified and stable product-TBZC .
