Study on Growth Characterization of DifferentPRRSV Strains in Marc-145 Cells

摘要: 本试验对PRRSV-CG、YN9、TP、TP-A及SHB株在Marc-145细胞上进行了部分体外生长特性研究。病毒生长曲线分析发现TP-A毒株产生病变速度快且病毒滴度高,其次为YN9、TP、CG和SHB;病毒蚀斑形态学分析发现TP-A 和YN9较其余毒株形成的蚀斑大且比较均一,为大蚀斑。综合可见不同的PRRSV分离株体外生长特性具有较大的差异,为病毒的分子生物学研究奠定了基础。

Abstract: The growth characterization of PRRSV-CG, YN9, TP, TP-A and SHB in Marc-145 cells was studied. Growth curve analysis showed that TP-A propagated fastest, and virus titer was highest, YN9, TP, CG and SHB were successive. Phenotypic characteristics analysis found that TP-A and YN9 produced uniform big-size plaques, the others produced small- size plaques. As a result, different PRRSV strains produced various growth characterization in Marc-145 cells.
