不同源鼠伤寒沙门氏菌耐药性质粒不相容性分群的初步研究

Preliminary Study on Incompatibility Plasmids of 101 Strains ofSalmonella typhimurium by PCR-based Replicon Typing

摘要: 试验利用PCR方法检测101株不同源鼠伤寒沙门氏菌携带质粒的不相容群,共设计18对引物,PCR分为5个三重PCR和3个单一PCR,用来检测识别FIA、FIB、FIC、HI1、HI2、I1、L/M、N、P、W、T、A/C、K、B/O、X、Y、F 和FII复制子。101株不同源鼠伤寒沙门氏菌中94株(93.1%)携带质粒不相容群,共携带10种质粒不相容群,分别是Inc HI1、Inc HI2、Inc I1、Inc FIA、Inc FIB、Inc N、Inc Y、Inc P、Inc FIIA和Inc FrepB,其中76.6%的菌株携带2个或2个以上质粒不相容群。结合药物敏感性试验结果,追踪鼠伤寒沙门氏菌耐药传播机制。本研究调查了耐药性质粒在鼠伤寒沙门氏菌的水平传播特性,不同环境中大量的菌株介导特定多重耐药性质粒的扩散,对调查跟踪质粒赋予耐药的流行病学有重要意义。

Abstract: The incompatibility plasmids of 101 strains Salmonella typhimurium were detected by PCR-based replicon typing. Eighteen pairs of primers were designed to perform 5 triplex-PCRs and 3 simplex-PCRs, recognizing FIA, FIB, FIC, HI1, HI2, I1, L/M, N, P, W, T, A/C, K, B/O, X, Y, F and FII. 94 strains (93.1%) Salmonella typhimurium carried a total of 10 Inc groups. The results suggested that the method was applicable for a large number of strains to trace the diffusion of specific multi-drug resistance plasmids in different environments.
