摘要: 在病毒学领域中,如双向差异凝胶电泳、偶联应用质谱和稳定同位素标记等的蛋白质组学技术正在被广泛应用,可从整体层面上分析组织或细胞内动态变化的蛋白质组成、表达水平与翻译后修饰,探索蛋白质的功能及蛋白质之间相互作用与联系,有助于病毒感染及病毒与宿主间的相互作用机制的研究,推动病毒相关疾病诊断和治疗的发展。作者简要论述了近年来蛋白质组学技术在病毒及其感染机制研究中的应用,并对其在病毒学研究中的应用前景作了展望。

Abstract: In the field of virology, the proteomics technologies wildly is used,such as two-dimensional difference electrophoresis, mass spectrometry, Stable-isotope labeling by amino acids in cell culture, and so on. These mainly methods are applied to analyse the dynamic changes of the components, expression level and post-translational modification of proteins from the whole level, then to explore the proteins function and the interact and correlate with them. These will contribute to research the mechanism of viruses infecting the hosts and the interactions, and promote development of diagnosis and treatment of the diseases caused by viruses. In this study, the applications of proteomics technologies in the research of virus and its infection mechanism were discussed and the prospect in virology study would also be forecasted.
