摘要: 本试验选择高表达密码子重新设计合成猪β干扰素成熟肽核苷酸,通过设计特异的引物,在毕赤酵母表达系统中表达PoIFN-β,获得分泌表达的高活性重组PoIFN-β,并采用非洲绿猴肾细胞(Vero)-水泡性口炎病毒(VSV)系统以细胞病变抑制法测定重组猪β干扰素的效价,为指导重组PoIFN-β的临床使用和研究其生物学功能提供基础。

Abstract: The mature nucleotide peptide of porcine interferon-β was redesigned and synthesized by high expression codon in the test,designed specific primers,porcine interferon-β was expressed through Pichia pastoris expression system,recombinant PoIFN-β was measured by cytopathic effects with Vero - VSV system, the clinical application and biological function of recombinant PoIFN-β were provided by the research.
