摘要： 本研究旨在探讨EB病毒(Epstein-Barr virus,EBV)膜抗原(membrane antigen,MA)的表达与小鼠血清中白细胞介素-6(IL-6)和肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平的关系。采用ELISA方法检测EB病毒BLLF1基因转基因小鼠和对照组KM小鼠外周血中IL-6和TNF-α水平,结果显示EB病毒BLLF1基因转基因小鼠血清中IL-6和TNF-α水平均显著或极显著高于KM小鼠,表明EB病毒膜抗原(MA)的表达可促使IL-6和TNF-α的过表达。

Abstract: To study the relation between the expression of EBV membrane antigen (MA) and the levels of IL-6 and TNF-α. Taking the KM mouse as the control group, ELISA was applied to observe the level of IL-6 and TNF-α in the mouse. The level of IL-6 in the EBV mice increase compared to the KM mice. The level of TNF-α in the EBV mice went up significantly compared to the KM mice. We proved that expression of EBV membrane antigen (MA) could promote expression of IL-6 and TNF-α.
