猪繁殖与呼吸综合征疫苗研究新进展

摘要: 当前疫苗免疫接种是预防和控制猪繁殖与呼吸综合征的重要手段。传统的猪繁殖与呼吸综合征疫苗在猪繁殖与呼吸综合征的防控过程中发挥了重大作用,近年来随着猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒变异的加快,传统的猪繁殖与呼吸综合征疫苗已不能充分发挥保护作用。随着基因工程技术的发展,一些新型疫苗发展十分迅速,部分疫苗已商品化投放市场,广泛应用到生产中去,它给人类以及动物疫病的预防和治疗带来了新的希望。尽管新型疫苗还存在缺陷,但随着分子生物学,免疫学等学科的发展,新型疫苗经过不断改造,将会更理想地服务于人类和畜牧业的可持续发展。

Abstract: The vaccine immunization is an important tool to prevention and control of porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome currently. The traditional PRRS vaccines played a major role in preventing and controlling porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome,variation with the acceleration of PRRSV,the traditional PRRSV vaccines can not afford full protection in recent years. With the development of genetic engineering technology,a number of new vaccines developed very rapidly,some vaccines have been commercialized on the market and widely applied to production,it gives human and animal disease prevention and treatment has brought new hope. Although the new vaccine is also flawed,but as molecular biology,immunology and other disciplines,the development of new vaccines through constant transformation,will better serve the sustainable development of humans and livestock.
