猪瘟分子生物学诊断新进展

摘要: 猪瘟是养猪业常见的一种烈性传染病,尽管中国很早就研制成功了猪瘟兔化弱毒疫苗,但近年来猪瘟的流行和发病特点发生了很大的变化,很多地区和猪场不断出现非典型猪瘟、温和型猪瘟,给该病的诊断带来困难。因此,尽早对猪瘟进行确诊是减少该病造成损失的有效措施。近年来,猪瘟的分子生物学诊断方法研究进展迅速,为猪瘟的诊断起到了重要作用。作者着重对最新的猪瘟分子生物学诊断方法(如RT-PCR、RT-LAMP等方法)加以综述。

Abstract: The classical swine fever is a common fulminating infectious disease in the pig-breeding industry. Great changes have emerged in prevalence and pathogenesis characteristics of classical swine fever in recent years. The non-typical or mild classical swine fever broke in many areas and pig farms with indecipherable immunity defeat. Therefore,the effective measures to reduce the loss caused by classical swine fever are to make a final diagnosis for the suspected classical swine fever cases as early as possible. The aim of this paper is to summarize the new progresses of molecular biology diagnosis for classical swine fever,such as RT-PCR,RT-LAMP,and so on.
