摘要: 干细胞是一类具有自我更新和多向分化潜能的细胞群体,它能长期地自我更新,在特定的条件下具有分化形成多种终末细胞的能力。近年来对干细胞的研究与应用几乎涉及到所有生命科学和生物医学领域。作者概述了干细胞的生物学特性和可塑性,并综述了干细胞可塑性及应用方面的最新研究进展。

Abstract: Stem cell is a class of self-renewing and trap a potential of cell groups,it can self-renewal in long-term and has the ability of differentiation to form variety cells in certain conditions. In recent years, stem cell research and application to almost all areas of life sciences and biomedicine fields. The author provides the biological characteristics and plasticity of stem cell and reiews the stem cell’s plasticity and application of the latest development in recent years.
