Polymorphism Analysis on Exon 2 of THRSPα Gene in Goose

摘要: 为了解鹅THRSPα基因多态性,根据鸭THRSPα基因序列,设计引物扩增籽鹅、皖西白鹅、浙东白鹅和狮头鹅THRSPα基因外显子2,运用PCR-SSCP技术进行单核苷酸多态性分析。结果共检测到3个等位基因,6种基因型。测序结果表明,鹅THRSPα基因外显子2存在6个SNP位点。各品种中等位基因A占绝对优势。卡方检验结果表明,4个鹅群体均处于Hardy-Weinberg平衡状态(P>0.05)。试验结果证实,鹅THRSPα基因第2外显子存在序列多态性。

Abstract: This experiment was conducted to study the polymorphism on exon 2 of THRSPα gene in goose. The single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) of thyroid hormone responsive Spot14(THRSPα) gene was investigated in Zi geese, Wanxi White geese, Zhedong White geese and Shitou geese. One primer for exon 2 of THRSPα gene were designed according to the homologous sequence of duck. Six SNPs were detected by PCR-SSCP method. Within breeds of four geese were at Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium (P>0.05). The results confirmed that there were polymorphisms in the exon 2 of THRSPα gene.
