摘要: 研究病毒在动物体内的分布情况,主要是为了掌握病毒在动物体内的生长繁殖规律,找到病毒的靶细胞和靶器官,为进一步研究其致病机理和防制技术提供试验依据。荧光定量PCR法具有定量准确、特异性强、自动化程度高等特点,是研究病毒分布规律的主要方法之一,作者综述了此方法的原理及应用。

Abstract: Researching the distribution of virus in the animal body is mainly to understand the regulation of virus growth and multiplication in animal and find the target cell and target organs of virus. Then it can provide the experimental evidence for the mechanism of disease and control technologies. The method of fluorescent quantitative PCR has the characteristic including quantitative accuracy, specificity, and high degree of automation,etc. So it is one of the main ways to research the distribution. The author summarized the principle and application of this way.
