摘要: 骨形态发生蛋白4 (bone morphogenetic protein-4,BMP-4)属于转化生长因子超家族成员(TGF-β),参与机体的细胞生长、分化、凋亡、迁移及细胞外基质形成等众多病理、生理活动的调控。BMP-4基因与哺乳动物的繁殖性能密切相关,尤其在卵泡的生长分化过程中起着重要的调控作用,是原始卵泡和卵母细胞生存的必需因子。作者就骨形态发生蛋白4的基因结构、受体种类、信号调控机制及该基因与哺乳动物卵泡发育的关系作一综述。

Abstract: Bone morphogenetic proteins 4(BMP-4) is belonging to the transfer growth factor(TGF-β) superfamily.It involves in the cell of body growth,polarization,apoptosis,migration and the formation of extracellular matrix and many other pathological and physiological activity. Recent studies have shown that BMP-4 gene is closely related to the reproductive performance of mammals.It is a crucial factor in follicular growth and development in the mammalian ovary.In this review,the structure,function and regulation of BMP-4 were introduced.The relationships between BMP-4 gene and follicular development were also discussed in mammals.
