奶牛胎衣不下病原菌分离鉴定及药敏试验

Isolation and Identification and Drug Sensitivity Test of Pathogenic Bacteria of RFM of Dairy Cow

摘要: 选取阿克苏地区某奶牛场胎衣不下奶牛17头,采集其子宫分泌物,对其病原菌进行细菌学分离鉴定,并使用全自动微生物鉴定仪及药敏分析仪进行生化鉴定及药敏试验。结果在胎衣不下的患病奶牛黏液中分离鉴定到的主要细菌有大肠埃希菌、科氏葡萄球菌、痢疾志贺氏菌。药敏试验的结果表明:抗生素仍是治疗胎衣不下较理想的药物。

Abstract: The pathogenic bacteria were identified from the uterine secretions of 17 retention of fetal placenta(RFM) bovines in the ambient area of AKesu, and their pathogenicity were tested by VITEK32 for biochemical identification and sensitivity text. Results showed that bacterial was isolated from the dairy with retained placenta.The isolated bacteria included Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus cohnii, Shigella dysenteriae. Drug sensitivity test results showed that,antibiotics was still a good drug for the treatment of RFM.
