摘要: 酪氨酸酶是黑色素生物合成过程中的限速酶,是酪氨酸酶基因表达的唯一产物。作者综述了酪氨酸酶基因的结构和功能及其在主要动物和人上的遗传变异,以便为酪氨酸酶基因的深入研究和应用提供借鉴。

Abstract: Tyrosinase,which is the only expression product of the Tyr gene,is the limited-speed enzyme during the melanin biogenesis.This article summarized the structure,function and genetic variations of Tyr gene from animals and human. As a result,it will provide helps for the research and application of Tyr gene in future.
