蜜蜂囊状幼虫病RNA依赖的RNA聚合酶部分基因的克隆和序列分析

摘要: 蜜蜂的囊状幼虫病是中华蜜蜂常见且危害严重的疾病,病原为一小正链RNA病毒。本试验通过囊状幼虫病的部分基因的克隆及序列分析,发现该序列与广东的囊状幼虫病毒有较高的同源性,但也存在着个别的碱基差异,可能是一种新型的变异囊状幼虫病毒。

Abstract: Honey bee sacbrood virus (SBV) is a kind of picornavirus, a small positive strand RNA virus, which is greatly threatened to the Chinese honeybee breeding. This experiment through the gene cloning of sacbrood virus disease and sequence analysis, found the high identity between the sacbrood virus sequence of Guangdong province, but it had difference in individual base, suspected that it may be a new type sacbrood virus.
