摘要: 干扰素调节因子1(interferon regulatory factor-1,IRF-1)是一个重要的多功能转录因子,这个转录因子家族具有调节干扰素表达、抗病毒、抗肿瘤等多种作用。并且,干扰素调节因子1还选择性的调节不同基因在不同细胞中发挥其免疫应答效应。作者重点综述了IRF-1基因的结构、其对干扰素的转录调控作用及多种生物学功能。

Abstract: Interferon regulatory factor 1(IRF-1) is a important multifunctional transcription factor for regulating of expression of interferon(IFN) and having cantivirus action,antineoplastic activity. Indeed,IRF-1 selectively modulates different sets of genes,depending on the cell type in order to evoke appropriate responses in each. The author summarizes the structure,the transcriptional regulation and the multiple biological effects.
