白屈菜碱不同提取方法体外抑菌试验研究

摘要: 选择6种临床常见的致病菌,检测6种不同提取方法提取物的MIC值。结果表明,白屈菜主要抗菌物质主要集中在极性小的部位,极性大的水层正丁醇层无抑菌效果。

Abstract: Choosing the six common pathogenic bacteria to obtain the six kinds of extraction MIC value by detecting. The result showed that antibacterial material of Chelidonine mainly focus on the parts of polarity small, polarity large water n-buoh without bacteriostatic effect.
