摘要: RNA干扰(RNA interference,RNAi)是真核生物中普遍存在的抵抗病毒入侵、调控基因表达的监控机制,是存在于真核细胞内的一种自我保护现象。随着对RNA干扰机制的深入理解,其在病毒性疾病上的应用的研究也初显成效。作者概述了RNA干扰的作用机制及抑制猪瘟病毒增殖的研究现状,并提出了存在的问题和研究方向。

Abstract: RNA interference(RNAi) is the ubiquitous monitoring and self-protection mechanism in eukaryote that can resist virus entry and regulate gene expression. With researching deeply, it was shown that RNAi was initially effective in antiviral treatment. The summary discuss the important progress in the research of proliferation of classical swine fever virus inhibited by RNAi and also put forword the problems and research direction. 
