摘要: 本研究以犬瘟热病毒(canine distemper virus,CDV)上海分离株的总RNA为模板,根据GenBank中已报道的CDV M蛋白基因序列,设计合成1对特异性引物,RTPCR扩增M蛋白基因,并进行克隆与序列分析。结果显示,CDV上海分离株M蛋白基因序列与CDV A75/17 株、Onderstepoort疫苗株等其它7株的同源性在95%以上;编码氨基酸的同源性也高于97%。推测M蛋白是一个保守性非常强的结构蛋白。

Abstract: According to the reported gene sequence of M protein of canine distemper virus (CDV) in GenBank, a special pair of primers were designed to RTPCR amplify M protein gene by using the total RNA of CDV SH stain as a template. The results showed that the homology of gene sequence between CDV SH strain and A75/17, Onderstepoort stain and other seven strain were above 95%;the homology of coding amino acid between CDV SH strain and the others were above 97%. From this information, it can be predicted that M protein has highly conservative property.
