摘要/Abstract

摘要： 作者主要对21世纪世界奶业的发展方向和重点进行了详尽的分析，论述了21世纪国际奶业发展的主导方向是提高质量、增加功能，开拓现代消费市场。介绍了国外的牛奶精细加工产业，指出奶业发展必须重视环境友好和资源节约。

Abstract: The development trends and emphases of milk industry in 21 century were discussed in this article. The improvement of quality, enhancement of function of milk and exploiture of the new market were development trends in 21century in the world milk industry. Milk fractionation industry as a new and influential industry and the importance of environment and resource in milk industry were introduced in this paper 
