摘要:

性别鉴定对鸟类特别是濒危珍稀鸟类的饲养管理、人工繁育、遗传疾病的防治和进化
研究等方面都有非常重要的意义,作者总结了以往鸟类性别鉴定形态学和细胞生物学方法,
分析比较了现行的较为先进可行的分子生物学方法,指出与其他鸟类性别鉴定方法相比,

PCR鉴定方法尤其是CHD-W基因鉴定是到目前为止最为简单快捷、准确可靠的鸟类性别鉴定的途径,在未来存在广阔的应用前景。

Abstract: Sex determination was essential for the management,humanassisted
breeding,prevention and cure of genetic disease and evolutionary studies of birds,especially for endangered birds. In this paper,the traditional methods of sexing,including morphological and cytological methods,were recalled. Some advanced and reliable molecular sexing methods were summarized and analyzed,the results of comparison showed that a PCR test which is based on the CHDW gene was desirable one at present,due to its accuracy and simplicity,this method will be very perspective in application.
