品种与日粮营养水平对鸡肉肌苷酸含量的影响

Effect of Dietary Nutritional Levels on Inosinic Acid Content of Muscle of Different Chicken Species

摘要: 试验对肉鸡、肉杂鸡、盐津乌鸡、武定鸡、茶花鸡肌肉肌苷酸含量分析结果表明,在第60日龄,地方鸡肌苷酸含量均比肉鸡和肉杂鸡高,且盐津乌鸡、武定鸡、茶花鸡的肌苷酸含量依次上升,日粮营养水平对肌肉中肌苷酸含量影响不大,但采食低营养水平日粮其肌肉肌苷酸含量稍高于中、高营养水平日粮。

关键词: 鸡品种; 日粮营养水平; 肌苷酸

Abstract: The experiments were conducted to study the difference of inosinic acid of broiler, miscellaneous broilers,Chahua chicken,Yanjin native black-bone chicken, Wuding native chicken. The results show that the content of inosinic acid of native chicken is higher than that of broiler, miscellaneous broilers. Of native chicken,inosinic acid content of Yanjin native black-bone chicken is the lowest, and that of Chahua chicken is highest. Dietary nutritional Levels have not much effect on inosinic acid content of muscle.
