Abstract: Glutaraldehyde method was used in this study to conjugate sodium Penicillin and bovine serum albumin (BSA) and ovalbumin (OVA) so as to synthetic complete antigen PEN-BSA and PEN-OVA. The UV scanning and SDS-PAGE gel electrophoresis were used to identify whether sodium Penicillin protein-coupled with the carrier successly. BALB/c mice were immunized, the titre of antiserum was detected by indirect ELISA. High-titer had been produced in all immunized BALB/c mice which made it possible to establish for further preparation of monoclonal antibodies and quickly immuno-assay kit of PEN residues.
