副猪嗜血杆菌的分离与鉴定

Abstract

Abstract: Abstract：A covey of swine whose clinical symptoms looked like Haemophilus parasuis disease were checked by lab technologies. Research as bacteria observation, cultural characteristics and biochemical properties of Haemophilus parasuis were done. According to the sequence of bacterium 16S rRNA, special primers were designed for PCR amplification. The results showed that the strain was tentatively identified as Haemophilus parasuis. The drug sensitive tests showed：the strain was sensitive to Ciprolfloxacin, Kanamycin, Doxycycline, Ampicillin, Amikacin, Gentamicin; but resistant to Tiamulin, Norfloxacin.
