Observation of Interference Effect of Different Types of Infectious Bronchitis Virus on Newcastle Disease Virus

Abstract: To observe the interference effect of different types of infectious bronchitis virus (IBV) on new castle disease virus (NDV),both of these viruses were cocultured in chick embryo, LaSota strain of NDV diluted at 10 times was mixed with M41,HN99 of IBV respectively in different dilution and coinjected into urinary vesicle of 10 days chick embryo. Hemagglution was adopted to get the result of the interference effect of different types of IBV with growth of NDV. Then IBV can be detected by the interference to making vaccine of IVB with NDV. The results shows that the interference of HN99 with the propaagatim of NDV is different with the dilated times and the sequence of inocalation. 
