Muscle Fiber Types and Porcine Meat Quality

Abstract: Different varieties of pigs muscle histology staining the difference between,as well as the different methods under the condition of muscle fiber types of metabolism and contraction characteristics.Using histological method,the results of the different subtypes of muscle fiber,with the result that different test reported that the different muscle fiber types and pork quality of the relationship between lack of contact.Moreover,a relationship was established between the expression of MyoD gene genotypes and different muscle fibre types in pigs.
