Abstract: Six hundred healthy Avian broilers of one day old were randomly divided into three groups, each included four replicates of fifty birds. The control were supplemented with 0 mg/kg aureomycin and 380mg/kg aureomycin,respectively, trial group were supplemented with 500 mg/kg SOPIS(abbr. of soybean oligosaccharides,peptides,isoflavones and saponins).The result of feeding trial indicated that,compared with control group with 0 mg/kg aureomycin and 380 mg/kg aureomycin, adding 500 mg/kg SOPIS improved daily gain by 17.42%(P<0.05)、0.92%(P>0.05),respectively; Feed/gain decreased by 6.06%（P<0.05）、1.06%(P>0.05), respectively.The result obtained from this study indicated that SOPIS could completely substitute antibiotics feed additive in broiler diet.
