Abstract: Foot rot is a frequently occurring disease, charactered by damages of interdigital skin and soft tissue of deep-based, and effect of production of dairy milk quality and performance. Genetically engineered vaccine of foot rot disease becomes a hot research due to the shortcomings of traditional vaccines. The novel research prospects of Fusobacterium necrophorum leukotoxin as subunit vaccine candidate antigens of foot rot disease are summarized in this paper, and object of this paper is to provide a reference for subunit vaccine research of foot rot.
