紫锥菊复合物对雏鸡人工感染传染性法氏囊病病毒的效果观察

Abstract

Abstract: In order to observe the protection of the compound recipe of Echinacea to IBDV, the Hailan Brown chickens were infected with IBDV artificially, and divided into 8 groups (30 chickens for each group), they are the compound recipe of Echinacea groups(which include the high dose group, the moderate dose group and the low dose group) and the following control groups: the Chinese medicine control group and the Western medicine control group, the vaccine control group, the negative control group and the healthy control group respectively. The results indicate that the compound recipe of Echinacea can decrease the damage of IBDV to the immune organ of chicken. Therefore, it has an obvious protection to chicken infected with vIBDV.
