Abstract: In order to investigate JEV infection rate and the serum antibodies level of vaccinated porcine in Guizhou province, 764 serum samples collected from large-scale piggeries and rural scatter-feed were detected by ELISA. The results showed that the antibody positive rate of JEV was 13.25% in non-vaccinated porcine and the antibody positive rate of JEV was 82.18% in vaccinated porcine, which indicated that the immune effect of JEV was more ideal. The porcine breeders should pay more attention to JEV, because the antibody levels were higher in non-vaccinated porcine in Guizhou province.
