Abstract: Biogenic amines were extracted by 0.4 mol/L HCLO4 solution. Derivatisation of the samples was carried out using dansyl chloride. A gradient elution system was used for analyzing a mixture of acetonitrile and 0.02 mol/L ammonium acetate solutions as well as UV detector were applied at 254 nm to measure 7 kinds of biogenic amines simultaneously in fishmeal. The established method had a good resolution in 45 minutes and showed good linearity. Its recovery rate belonged to 85% to 105%,RSD of precision were all lower than 4%. It showed that the established method was feasible for the determination of biogenic amines in fishmeal.
