益母草对绿壳蛋鸡血液生化指标及激素的影响

Abstract

Abstract: Two hundred and eighty 50-weeks Green-eggshell chickens were randomly allotted to 4 treatments, each group was assigned 5 replications and 14 layers per replication. The control group was provided with corn-soybean meal basal diet, the trial groups were respectively fed the basal diet supplemented with 0.5%, 1.0% and 1.5% Leonurus heterophyllus Sweet, in order to observe the influence to biochemical parameters, hormone and ovary in Green-eggshell chickens. The results were showed as follows: compared with the control group, 1.0% and 1.5% Leonurus heterophyllus Sweet added to Green-eggshell chickens could significantly decrease TC,TG and LDL,apparently increase HDL,E₂,FSH and ovarian relative weight. Leonurus heterophyllus Sweet could affect fat metabolism, reduce the content of blood lipid. For saving cost,the most appropriate volume was 1.0%.
